For our company in Helsinborg (SWEDEN) we are looking for an:

Sales and Business Development Professional (m/f)

for Industrial Automation in Sweden


  • Consistently execute a winning business strategy
  • Identify the customer’s needs and develop smart, customer-oriented solutions, with added value
  • Conduct daily sales appointments with prospective customers to promote SIGMATEK’s full automation solution
  • Generate solution concepts including written estimates and proposals of SIGMATEK products for presentation to target customers
  • Close new contracts by holding impact meetings with key decision makers
  • Prepare monthly sales forecast and target account pipeline updates for all accounts directly served by this position
  • Provide proper documentation and reports via CRM
  • Continually update knowledge of all company products, automation solutions and services


Skills & Requirements

  • Technical or engineering degree in the electrical / electronic / automation sector
  • Relevant sales experience, preferably in industrial automation, motion control and/or machine safety
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Swedish and English. German is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Ability to recognize business opportunities as win-win scenarios for all parties involved
