The SPS – Smart Productions Solutions 2019 in Nuremberg and its many fascinating and interesting discussions is behind us. At the SIGMATEK stand, innovative automation solutions and new technologies for the Smart Factory were presented.

These include, for example, flexible safety solutions, new variants of the HGW 1033 wireless panel and the ModularWide operating panels, as well as thin and versatile new additions in S-DIAS format for the DIN rail. Starting from servo amplifiers with a rate current of 10 A and a peak current up to 20 A, modules for energy recording, network analysis to measuring acceleration and rotation speed.

Various showcases showed the modern technologies in practice. The “DriveWatch”, in cooperation with ZAE AntriebsSysteme, demonstrated the efficient implementation of Predictive Maintenance wit the S-DIAS system. “Automation 4.0 in motion” was put on display with the automated guided vehicles (AGV) from Melkus Mechatronics. New in the AGUMOS series is the C4060 with various attachments. The HGW 1033-32 could also be tested using a game of skill. With certain fine motor skills drinks could be filled in a container using the rotary encoder on the front.

With these efficient products and solutions, a high degree of freedom as well as individuality in the implementation of machine and system concepts is achieved. In the video, we have captured the highlights for you.
