NewGen Multitouch Panels

Intuitive operation meets the contemporary spirit

Multi-touch operating panels give machines and systems a modern “face”. They enable clear visualizations and intuitive operating concepts that ensure a positive user experience.

Our new generation of web panels are powerful, communicative, and high-quality, with a silver anodized aluminum frame around the glass front. The slim widescreen HMIs are available in four display sizes from 10.1 to 21.5 inches and in two variants: as a built-in panel (ET) or for swing arm mounting (TP) – both with an IP65 front.

Everything in view

The HMIs of the xx20 series are the right choice for demanding visualizations. Their widescreen format – aligned in portrait or landscape format – provides a clear overview and freedom in the positioning of operating elements and content.

Web visualization

The new generation of “xx20” built-in and swing arm mount HMIs are equipped with high-performance Intel® processors with four cores, plus 4 GB of DDR4 RAM and 128 GB of M.2 SATA mass storage. In combination with the lean, Linux-based real-time operating system, fluid page loading is guaranteed – a particular advantage for web-based visualizations (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript). An integrated web browser and server also contribute to this.

Flexible connectivity

Communication standards such as OPC UA Client/Server and MQTT are naturally supported. The panels come as standard with two Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000) and two USB 3.0 Host (Type A) interfaces, as well as a short-term UPS.

Industrial quality

Both operating panel variants are IP65 protected at the front. On the back, the ET xx20 built-in panels comply with IP20 and the TP xx20 swing arm HMIs with IP54. These are designed for VESA 75/100 mounting. SIGMATEK's high-quality multi-touch HMIs use state-of-the-art projective capacitive touch (PCT) technology, in which the sensors are protected and mounted on the back of the robust, continuous glass front.

Multitouch inputs also contribute to greater safety in the operation of machines and systems, for example by requiring two buttons to be pressed simultaneously.
