Sisi & Franz are on the move in the SIGMATEK production

Two automated guided vehicles (AGV) will support the SIGMATEK team in transporting PCB magazines and Euro boxes in production.

Before the Rack Stackers BLS4060 from Melkus Mechatronik – automated by SIGMATEK – start work in our shop floor, a competition was run to find suitable names for the new colleague duo. Over 120 creative suggestions were submitted, and the jury had a very difficult task in selecting the winners.

In the end, a duo that combines Austrian charm and originality won the day: ‘Sisi & Franz.’ The namegiver Katharina Linecker is delighted to receive a voucher for a delicious meal – for two, of course!
