Thomas Rienessl Appointed New Sales Director Austria

At the beginning of March, Thomas Rienessl will take over the sales leadership at SIGMATEK Austria. He succeeds Bernd Hildebrandt, who is retiring after 16 successful years with the Salzburg-based provider of complete automation solutions.

Bernd Hildebrandt looks back with gratitude on many years of trusting customer relationships and numerous outstanding projects. Even challenging situations were always resolved successfully in partnership with the customers. “Thank you to all customers and the SIGMATEK team for their trust over the past years. I wish my colleague every success and enjoyment in the further development of our sales department,” says Bernd Hildebrandt.

Thomas Rienessl brings more than 30 years of experience in industrial automation— initially in development, later in sales and management for over 20 years. Most recently, he worked as an independent consultant for innovations in mechanical engineering and sales strategies in the context of digital transformation. In his new role, Thomas Rienessl aims to further develop sales activities in Austria in a targeted manner. His focus is on solid growth, expanding the customer base, and opening up new business areas.

“With our wireless operating devices and the compact X-DIAS system, which significantly reduces the amount of wiring required in series machine construction, we offer ideal solutions for innovative automation concepts in mechanical engineering,” Thomas Rienessl is convinced.
