With us, motion control is completely integrated into the control system. Our compact, multi-axis drive systems are perfectly suited for highly dynamic axis control in the metal machine manufacturing industry. The system architecture is open, interfaces for the integration of pre and post processing machines are provided.

The S-DIAS Safety systems can be combined with standard I/Os as desired. This allows individual customization for any requirement. Through complete integration, reaction times of a few milliseconds are achieved during signal processing. In the servo drives, the most important Safety functions are also already integrated.

With the use of the real-time Ethernet technology VARAN, sheet metal processing is faster and highly precise. With the VARAN bus multi-manager system, several autonomously operating VARAN bus systems can be combined into a synchronized network. The user is provided with a high degree of modularity for machine and system design. The network segments operate synchronously with one another 100% with a jitter of < 100 ns.

Whether control, visualization, drives and Safety technology – with the all-in-one automation software LASAL (IEC 61131-3 standard), an integrated design environment for machine automation is provided – complex algorithms can also be easily programmed with LASAL.

 

In the LASAL library, ready-to-use modules such as temperature regulators, positioning, flying saws and cam disks are available. These shorten programming and project development enormously. The software for different configuration variants can be created practically with the push of a button. Comprehensive diagnostic tools round out the integrated design environment.

With the system approach, you can shorten the Time-to-Market and significantly reduce the total costs of your machine, with which all of our automation components are compatible. This means a high degree of investment security for you and your customers.
