Highlights at the Hannover Messe
"Wireless and web-based into the future" is our motto for this year's Hannover Messe from 01.04. - 05.04.2019. You can expect innovative automation solutions and technologies around the Smart Factory. Highlights are our mobile operating panels of the HGW product family in various designs - such as the HGW 1033-3 with wireless data transmission and integrated Safety functions. Our web-based engineering tool LASAL VISUDesigner enables simple visualisation creation without programming knowledge. The PC 521 offers plenty of space for data and with Remote Access you have a wide range of remote access options. You can also experience the AGV AGUMOS C4060 in action at our exhibition stand.
The wireless HGW family is growing and offers a wide range of variants for flexible operation of machines and systems. With or without Safety functions, with or without rotary encoders at the front, in portrait or landscape format - with our mobile panels you are equipped for every situation.
Wireless and secure around the machine with the HGW 1033-3. The mobile operating panel has the Safety elements emergency stop, confirmation button and key switch. The safety-relevant data is transmitted via the standard WLAN using the Black Channel principle.
The LASAL VISUDesigner is based on web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript. Visualizations can be created easily and flexibly without any programming knowledge. The modern HMI tool is constructed like a modular toolkit system and also supports multi-touch interactions.
The PC 521 enables extensive data and parameters from machine systems to be retrieved and stored locally without affecting ongoing operation. Using Edge Computing, the computer can filter all data according to individual specifications and only forward relevant information to the cloud.
Remote Access offers a wide range of remote access options. The machine and system visualization can be operated via VNC. Updates, debugging, maintenance, monitoring and reporting can be conveniently performed via a secure VPN connection in the central cloud platform.
Automation 4.0 in motion: In our showcase you can see the automated guided vehicles (AGV) from Melkus Mechatronic. New in the AGUMOS AGV family is the C4060. On the moving platform, which is very compact with 40 x 60 x 21 cm, any number of attachments such as a conveyor belt can be mounted - this ensures efficiency and flexibility in material transport.
