With the SIGMATEK Assistant, users can quickly access relevant knowledge and accelerate their engineering workflow. The Assistant is integrated into the LASAL all-in-one engineering platform and can also be accessed through a web browser.
As an intelligent knowledge platform, it provides access to SIGMATEK-specific expertise, including hardware and software documentation as well as libraries containing classes and functions. Users benefit from a central source of information that is available around the clock.
The chatbot is based on the advanced AI technology Agentic RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). Relevant information is retrieved from the knowledge base and processed by a powerful large language model to provide clear, practical, and contextually relevant answers. If the Assistant cannot answer a question reliably, it informs the user instead of generating information that is not supported by the knowledge base. Responses are provided in the same language in which the question is asked.
