The Engineering Tool LASAL provides tested software and technology modules that form the basis for a customer-specific design of the application software. Technology modules include, among others, hydraulic controllers, self-optimizing temperature regulators, online data writers, SPC, BDC, Energy Recording and Euromap interfaces. Language and unit conversion, alarm logging and password levels are only a few features that the LASAL automation software provides.

The right hardware for each application is essential for implementing cost-efficient solutions for the demands of the plastics processing industry. For this purpose, in addition to the standard hardware, SIGMATEK offers special modules for the plastics sector: from customized operating devices to process-optimized I/O modules such as for temperature recording with signal processing, modules for connecting potentiometers and ultrasound distance measuring systems or modules for recording energy use.

 

Our industry experts select the optimal application-specific hardware components and customize them for you, so that you have a tailor-made and economic complete solution - whether for:

 

  • Hydraulic, hybrid or fully electrical machines (vertical and horizontal)

Handling devices and robots can be fully integrated into the control platform. The productivity thereby increases, since for example, ejectors and robots move precisely towards one another.

 

Single and multiple CPU solutions are possible and can be connected to one another via field bus standards such as VARAN. A decentral system configuration is therefore simple and flexible.
