With the AC drives of the FDD 3000 series you can optimize your production process. Economical asynchronous motors can be precisely controlled with the low voltage AC drives. Thus, your motion application becomes more efficient and you save energy at the same time. The compact devices are available in 7 sizes. The 1- or 3-phase AC drives cover a power range from 0.37 to 90 kW. With an overload capacity of up to 180 %, the FDD 3000s are ideally suited for applications with short-term high torque requirements.

With our AC drives you can control and regulate your application reliably, efficiently and energy-saving. Due to their compact design, the FDD 3000s  are your ideal partner in mechanical engineering - several devices can be connected in a space-saving way in the control cabinet.

 

  • Parameters and motion commands are comfortably sent from the control to the AC drive
  • 2 Safety STO inputs (SIL 3/PL e) for safe shutdown
  • 2 analog inputs, 2 analog outputs, 4 digital inputs, 1 digital in/output, 1 relay output (brake control)
  • Communication with the control via CANopen, EtherCAT or VARAN interfaces
  • Integrated power filter for industry class A (optional power filter for class B)
  • Dynamic V/f control and standby mode reduce energy consumption
