Drive technology
The LASAL MOTION software package is responsible for motion control and is seamlessly integrated into the programming and project development tool LASAL CLASS. Robotics, PLC and motion control are unified on one platform and as in the machine, also overlap in the software. Complex tasks for axis control and regulation can also be solved modularly and comfortably.

In the LASAL MOTION Library, predefined motion function blocks are provided. The spectrum ranges from simple single-axis to complex multi-axis applications. CNC functions, synchronization of multiple axes in space, jerk-limited motion profiles or dynamic safety zone monitoring are included.
Der Data-Analyzer der DIAS-Drives zeigt Ihnen die Daten online an. Strom-, Drehzahl- und Positionsregler sind in der Software grafisch dargestellt.
Die Daten der DIAS-Drives werden im Steuerungssystem gespeichert. So verfügen Ihre Antriebe immer über die korrekten Parameter und können ohne Software-Tool ausgetauscht werden.
Achsen lassen sich mit dem Motion Diagnostic View komfortabel parametrieren und in Betrieb nehmen – ohne Programmieraufwand.
Eine Auswahl an Motion Control- und Technologiemodulen steht Ihnen zur Verfügung. Diese sorgen für eine Reduzierung des Programmieraufwandes.
Mit dem CAM-Designer können Sie Kurvenscheiben-Kopplungen komfortabel berechnen und anzeigen.
