The broad selection of color touch displays includes 3.5 to 23.8 inch panels - with single or Multitouch (PCT). In addition to the classic 4:3 format, panels in vertical and widescreen format are available. Customer-specific HMI designs are also possible.
The handheld operating units for working directly on-site are available in two variations. The HGW (WLAN) and HGT panels with integrated EDGE2 Technology processors. And the panels of the HBG series for classic operation and monitoring with HMI-Link Technology (loss-free data transmission up to a 100 meter distance).
With our diverse CPU units and modules of the S-DIAS series, extremely compact and economic controls are provided. Equipped with high-performance and low-loss EDGE2 Technology processors, they are the right choice for all regulation and motion tasks – for single or multiple CPU solutions.
The IPCs from SIGMATEK combine new PC technology with industrial usability. They are designed for very high-performance machines and support the OPC UA communication protocol. Robustness, reliability in 24/7 continuous operation and long-term availability speak for using SIGMATEK Industrial PCs.
The super-compact I/O series achieves the highest package density. With dimensions of only 12.5 x 104 x 72 (W x H x D), up to 20 I/Os are contained in one housing. DIN rail mounting, electronics and bus are combined therein. The right module is available for any automation task.
The S-DIAS Safety components can be flexibly combined with the standard modules of the series and are just as compact. Safety-relevant requirements can be flexibly implemented – also as a stand-alone solution. S-DIAS complies with SIL 3, PL e, Cat. 4.
The P-DIAS I/O system expands the system family in the IP67 protected area. The connection is made with M12 connector plugs. The modules can be combined with the S-DIAS series as desired.
The DIAS Drive MDD 2000 series is designed for dynamic multi-axis applications. The modular multi-axis servo system combines the highest power and modern controller performance in one highly compact housing. The flexible system also convinces with fast, toolless module connection and single-cable technology, as well as numerous Safety functions.

In the servo drives of the 300 series, 1 to 3 drive controllers are compactly packed. The compact drive system is designed for multi-axis applications in a power range of 8 to 14 kilowatts. All common feedback systems are available.
