Consistency, modularity and simple reusability of the applications software are achieved with the software suite LASAL. Control, visualization, motion control and Safety are combined in one engineering environment. Object-oriented programming with graphic representation is performed according to the IEC 61131-3 standard.
The handheld operating units for working directly on-site are available in two variations. The panels of the HBG series for classic operation and monitoring with HMI-Link Technology (loss-free data transmission up to a 100 meter distance). And the HGT panels with integrated EDGE2 Technology processors.
With the CPU modules of the S-DIAS series, extremely compact and economic controls are provided. Equipped with high-performance and low-loss EDGE2 Technology processors, they are the right choice for all regulation and motion tasks – for single or multiple CPU solutions.
The IPCs from SIGMATEK combine new PC technology with industrial usability. They are designed for very high-performance machines and support the OPC UA communication protocol. Robustness, reliability in 24/7 continuous operation and long-term availability speak for using SIGMATEK Industrial PCs.
Control, visualization and operation unify the built-in panels with an integrated CPU in one compact device. The ETV control panels are an economic solution for simple control tasks. Different display sizes, font designs and optional features are available. Numerous standard interfaces are already installed.
For use directly on-site, mobile control panels for controlling operating and monitoring are available. The handheld units are equipped with EDGE2 Technology processors. Safety elements such as confirmation button, emergency stop button and key switches are integrated.
The super-compact I/O series achieves the highest package density. With dimensions of only 12.5 x 104 x 72 (W x H x D), up to 20 I/Os are contained in one housing. DIN rail mounting, electronics and bus are combined therein. The right module is available for any automation task.
The S-DIAS Safety components can be flexibly combined with the standard modules of the series and are just as compact. Safety-relevant requirements can be flexibly implemented – also as a stand-alone solution. S-DIAS complies with SIL 3, PL e, Cat. 4.
With the modular drive system of the DIAS Drive 100 series, 1 to 8 servo axes per power module can be controlled. It convinces with an exceptionally compact form and is conceived for highly dynamic machines. All conventional feedback system can be implemented:
In the servo drives of the 300 series, 1 to 3 drive controllers are compactly packed. The compact drive system is designed for multi-axis applications in a power range of 8 to 14 kilowatts. All common feedback systems are available.
The compact servo amplifier of the DIAS Drive 1000 series can control 4 to 6 motors. In addition to the housing, the drive regulators also share the controller, DC-link and heat sink. Externally connectible feedback modules provide high flexibility with the application-specific tuning of the encoder system.
